Newgistics processes both deliveries and returns through the same coordinated network of SmartCenter® facilities, offering you a 360° shipping system. For deliveries, we transport your parcels past postal sorting facilities and inject them into the USPS® network as close as possible to your customers. This occurs at the DDU level for the majority of the parcels we process. We pick up your returned parcels from the same DDUs.
