Here are your options:

Enter your Store ID, ATT UID and appropriate Transfer Number, then click Create Label to create a Return Label.
If you need to re-create a previously generated Return Label, enter the required data below and click Create Label.
Enter your Store ID, ATT UID and appropriate Transfer Number and click Track to view the status of a shipment.
Enter your Store ID and ATT UID and click Tracking History to view the current status of all open shipments.

THIS RETURN LABEL/TRACKING NUMBER IS ONLY VALID FOR A SINGLE PACKAGE. DO NOT PHOTOCOPY OR PRINT MULTIPLE COPIES OF THE SAME LABEL FOR USE ON MULTIPLE PACKAGES.

Ensure pop-up blockers are disabled in order to view and print label.

If shipping items to RLO that are not on an OPUS Transfer (Recycle and Reuse Program, BRA accessories, salvage, items adjusted out of inventory, etc.), check box.

Please note, this box should only be checked if you are shipping items that have been adjusted out of inventory. No transferred items should be included in the shipment as credit will not be issued for this return. If completing a transfer shipment, enter the Transfer Number above and do not check box.
